Jim Carney and Ann Davies have handled hundreds of civil litigation cases. Civil litigation is roughly defined as any court matter other than criminal cases. Their combined civil trial experience is extensive and has ranged from local circuit courts throughout Wisconsin to western and eastern district federal court in Wisconsin and other federal district courts around the country. Mr. Carney is also admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court.
